About Yogi Himanshu Kapoor:
Second generation Yogi, born in India. Whose passion for Yoga started at the age of 8 while observing his grandfather, integrating Yoga in his daily routine. What started as a fun, playful practice grew to be an inspiration on following his grandfather steps into practicing yoga asanas and kriyas.
Outside of Arc Yoga & Massage Himanshu gets to spend time with his two children whom he loves to be in connection with and gets to share his knowledge, skills, and talents with them.
One of Himanshu's additional passions is Indian Cuisine. He runs a small home-based catering company where he gets to indulge his clients in experiencing the culture, flavor, and love for his Indian heritage.
Himanshu facts:
Loves to run long-distance marathons and finally signed up for one in Feb 2020 - he was only able to run 8.7 miles (with two months of training) but that won't discourage him. He is ready to take on the next one!!
Wants to master the art of SURFING
Enjoys creating community spirit by volunteering his time to non-profit-organizations.
