A powerful story of determination, structure, and triumph!

When our member Elizabeth, a lifelong hiker, set her sights on conquering Mount Kilimanjaro, she came to us for a new approach to training.

She already had the unshakeable mindset to crush this goal, but she needed structure and a new approach to her training.

After past injuries from lifting, she was hesitant, but we crafted a meticulous plan focused on form and safety. Elizabeth was all in. She absorbed every lesson, refined her technique, and her hard work paid off.

Beyond her incredible physical transformation (losing 3% body fat and gaining 2 pounds of muscle!), Elizabeth’s journey is a powerful testament to what’s possible with structure, discipline, and a willingness to learn.
