One year ago today, we unlocked the doors to IHT Factor for the first time, and stepped into something bigger than we imagined.

Over the last year, we’ve learned alongside our members. We’ve seen people show up on hard days, commit to small habits, support one another, and make meaningful progress. That’s been the most rewarding part.

This year wasn’t about perfection or rapid growth. It was about showing up. Doing the work. And Building something real.

What makes IHT Factor special isn’t just the training, it’s the energy. The people. The friendships. The shared wins.

It’s a room full of people choosing better, together. Pushing, adapting, supporting, and holding each other to a higher standard.
