Sometimes when you’re in a dark place & want to end your life you don’t know where to go for help. You’ve been to therapy and become tired of explaining your trauma and you just want to feel relief from your life situation and just want to “feel better” and end the struggle. It’s hard not knowing how to fix your inside world.

If you’re feeling this way I want to offer a possible solution for you or anyone you think this will help.
I offer services that feel like a weight has been lifted from your mind and heart. The issues running through your mind seem to disappear and are replaced with motivation, hope and pure contentment.

You can come to me in person or virtually if you’re far away-both are just as effective.

CLEAN up, go to therapy, learn how to meditate and ground yourself.

I know this seems menial but it’s not. These are necessary steps!

You’re asking for love, abundance and peace but you’re not willing to do the work within yourself to be healed enough and ready for what you’re asking for.

That cannot and will not happen.

So please take the time to learn yourself deeper. Do the shadow work, do the meditating, get to the ROOT and then you can handle the other stuff ✨
