I have a long-term interest in studying medical cannabis, especially cannabidiol (CBD). Although people have been using cannabis for thousands of years, products that are mainly CBD have only been recently developed. Almost nothing is known about the people who use CBD, and why they use it! As a start, I’ve written a survey about CBD use. The survey has 18 questions and should take between 2-5 min

utes. You can skip any question you don’t want to answer. The survey is completely anonymous. The goal is simply to uncover basic facts about who uses CBD and why they use it.
