Healing Arts Health Center Graduate of Yo San University holds a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, National Board Shaheed K.

Abdullah, L.Ac., is a graduate of Yo San University in Los Angeles California and holds a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Shaheed is also a National Board Certified Orthopedic Acupuncturist and a California State Board Licensed Acupuncturist. Professional Athletes experienced a natural rapid recovery system that reduced pain instantly in most cases while Shaheed served as the alternative care provider to the Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Avengers 2002-2004. As the Acupuncture Program Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego 2005 – 2009, he participated as a primary educator in orientating physicians of medical necessity and the efficacy of acupuncture as a proven treatment modality for Neurological and Pain conditions. We are open for all patients well enough to come in for acupuncture treatment.

Quick updates for our patients during the COVID-19 Pandemic:

All staff and providers will wear protective mask throughout treatment and we ask that our patients do the same to help keep everyone safe.

Appointments have been staggered to reduce patient build up at the front desk, bathroom and waiting room area.

To ensure fresh air and improve ventilation throughout the clinic we are fortunate to have sliding glass doors in patient rooms which may be left slightly open.

Our most popular Cold/Flu formula will now be shipped with 2 day priority mail at $10.

Patients requesting an herbal consult for more information may book online through Genbook or call the office for a Telemedicine appointment.
