How do you unwind? What are you doing for you this season? Remember we can only give when we are able to receive. Find balance with yourself and be nice to yourself! I know a lot of moms who’s mental capacity has been challenged this year. Home schooling kids, businesses closed, covid scares, and stress. Make sure you take care of you so you can better take care of the ones who need you the most, when they need you the most.
