New research shows that eating too late disrupts your circadian rhythms and gut microbiome balance. This can contribute to digestive issues, neurodegenerative diseases, mood disorders, diabetes, and more.

I recently learned that eating no later than 6pm and allowing 4-5 hours between meals utilizes your body's natural digestive processes. Meal spacing enhances the "migrating motor complex" to clear out debris and prevent bacterial overgrowth.
