Season 15 begins at Mira Mesa HS. This year, I will be working with multiple high school football teams in San Diego County. Our emphasis is treating and preventing injuries, while increasing performance.

Thanks to Coach Presley and Exposure Baseball for coming over to the office today. This is a great group of ball players from Texas, Arizona and California who are visiting San Diego for a tournament. I was able to share some knowledge on arm care and how to prevent injury and increase athletic performance. ⚾️

We got invited to a space launch of the TRACERS Satellites. Unfortunately, the launch was scrubbed 15 seconds before lift off. At least we got a nice picture and a day off work 🤷🏼‍♂️🇺🇸🚀

I want to thank Lynell Hamilton and the NFL Alumni Association for inviting me out to their annual golf event. I had an awesome time! This tournament brought together NFL legends, current players, corporate sponsors and business leaders. Proceeds from this event will support the NFL Alumni’s mission to “Caring for kids “ through charitable programs and initiatives that give back to the community.
