Dr. Ehlers provides hands-on, effective treatments that help to relieve your neck, back and extremity problems without drugs or surgery. Dr. Ehlers is able to offer his patients a variety of adjustment techniques and approaches to

care. These techniques include: Full Spine and Extremity adjustments, Cox Flexion/Distraction, Thompson Drop, SOT and Activator Technique and Active Release. Physiotherapies are also available which include Ultrasound, Muscle Stimulation and Kinesio Taping.

We got invited to a space launch of the TRACERS Satellites. Unfortunately, the launch was scrubbed 15 seconds before lift off. At least we got a nice picture and a day off work 🤷🏼‍♂️🇺🇸🚀

I want to thank Lynell Hamilton and the NFL Alumni Association for inviting me out to their annual golf event. I had an awesome time! This tournament brought together NFL legends, current players, corporate sponsors and business leaders. Proceeds from this event will support the NFL Alumni’s mission to “Caring for kids “ through charitable programs and initiatives that give back to the community.

Wednesday night clinic at Mira Mesa High School. You may notice Dr. McGraw and I move around a lot, working with as many athletes and teams as we can. Our hope, is through volunteering we can spread the word about sports chiropractic and show how it can be a valuable tool to not only treat injuries but prevent injuries. Also, it can play a huge role in maximizing an athlete’s performance, giving them a competitive edge!
