When the world feels like a dystopian future and that there’s a never ending list of things to get down about: come back to love. Create it. Cherish it. Cultivate it. Share it. It is the current of all of life and improves everything that it touches. It dispels fear, it abolishes suffering, and it awakens our true spirit. Love makes life worth living and gives us a constant reason to celebrate. Tell people you love them, show them how much you care, and actively try to see it everywhere that you go. You are a vessel of love and it empowers you to improve the lives of all that you touch. YOU are so powerful, and your tool is your ability to love.

Being a part of Jared and Alexandra’s wedding was one of the greatest honors of my life. Being around their love, which is filled with commitment, loyalty, balance, appreciation and joy has been so rewarding for Blake and I and I was so thankful to be able to give back to them and support them on their magical day.

Find people that inspire you. Find people that you would do anything for. Find people that see you and honor you for who you are and than give it back to them ten fold.

PS. If you’re reading this I have mad love for you, I’m here for you, and I hope I get a chance to support you one day🙏🏼

What challenges you? Are you struggling now?

1.This is for a reason. There is something to be learned here. I can grow from this. I will grow through this. I am grateful for the challenges in my life as I am wise enough to realize they are what accelerate my evolution and enable me to develop a greater sense of compassion and ability to help those around me. Life happens for me and I have faith in the Universe that what comes to me is meant for me and that my true success depends on controlling what I can control: my attitude and my response to the situation. I have the power to improve every situation that I come across and I can improve the environment of every room I walk into.
2.Suffering leads to enlightenment. There is great truth, profoundness and strength in struggle while comfort can lead to decay of the body and the mind. I have the power to shift my perspective to of the situation and be grateful that I am struggling because it means I am in the race. I am playing in the super bowl of life. I am not riding the pine on the sidelines. I can sit at home on a couch and eat chips and watch Netflix and decay or I can stand up, walk outside and make room for difficult situations and heavy lifting. This is what builds my mental and physical strength. Sitting down only benefits me after exhausting myself standing up. Therefore I choose to struggle again and again so that I will become the greatest version of myself possible.

IG wont let me put the rest but I love you, stay strong, take care of yourself, breathe, try not to take it all so serious and you deserve to be happy. You’re the s**t. ❤️

I’ve shifted my training from classic powerlifting/ olympic training/ progressive resistance training to ONLY doing things that are either really fun or really challenging.

I want to ENJOY my workout more than anything but a very close second is pushing my body up into and past it’s current limitations. I want to be performing a stimulus that’s going to bring me a NEW adaptation, aka I will be able to do a movement I’ve never been able to do before or be able to move an external weight that I’ve previously never been able to.

It’s an exciting place to be in my fitness journey as I find inspiration everywhere and from everyone. There is no longer a “right way” or a “wrong way” to do ANYTHING in my mind anymore.

There is no one person who can do EVERYTHING I’ve ever wanted to do but there are SO MANY amazing, incredible people out there accomplishing absolutely mind boggling feats with their bodies that constantly show me the lack of limits of the human form.

If there’s one thing I’ve discovered it’s that the human body is a MIRACLE, an incredible piece of divine art, that deserves our time, appreciation, and occasionally undivided attention. What a gift we’ve all been given!

Thank you to these people for most recently inspiring and teaching me through their own actions .the.rhino

That could have gone smoother...

I think it’s a really important time to remind ourselves to play. To give ourselves permission to have fun. To release the weight we’re all feeling and reconnect with our inner child.

It does not need to be that serious all the time. What can you do this week for a little bit of fun? Come up with a good idea and execute on it...You will be rewarded🙏🏽

Doing my best to spread light and love to all beings regardless of what they say, do, believe or feel. Connection, appreciation, understanding, gratefulness, humility...May we all find a way to put down our swords and reach out our hands to ALL of those around us.

❤️🙏🏽

“Keep close to Nature’s heart, and break clear away once in awhile, climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.”-John Muir

Just back from a Back Packing expedition in the Easter Sierra Mountains, could not have been more magical, replenishing and rejuvenating. I do feel as though I’ve washed my spirit clean and no longer hold any fear, doubt, or negativity. I feel more connected and compassionate while a deep well of strength and power is flowing up from inside of me. I know who I am and why I’m here, and that is unshakable. I am unbreakable.

I am a Spirit Ninja.

And so are YOU!

My highest recommendation is to find time daily to go within and weekly unplug and go without. Disconnect to Reconnect🕉🏕🏔

Shout out to for supplying me with the most recent soundtrack to my life and my brothers For supplying me with knowledge, motivation and inspiration over the last month.

Training Old Weaknesses is the best way to Build New Strengths, So never run from perceived inadequacies, instead, if you want true improvement, commit to doubling down on training through them.

As Jordan once said “My attitude is that if you push me towards something that you think is a weakness, then I will turn that perceived weakness into a strength.”

When I played and trained for football I got very good at chasing down and tackling other men, as well as moving heavy plates attached to bars. Now I am attacking all of the holes that that training and lifestyle created. Lack of mobility, low endurance, inability to perform elite level body weight movements and calisthenics...

I am enjoying the process and continue to approach each new movement and moment with a beginners mind. I am enjoying the results, and everything I learn I will then pass down to my clients💯

If you’re interested in getting a coach and committing to train your weaknesses, DM me👍🏼

One Set For Time (70-100 yrs) No Rest.
Some morning movement before Meditation and Breathe Work.
Start your day on purpose with what fills your cup, tunes your instrument, solidifies your armor.
You are worthy of your own time and energy, spend it wisely on yourself.
Self care is a necessity, not a luxury.
If you’d like help in this process and want to invest in your body and mind, DM me.

To make a very strong effort not to think, and rather just be. To stop doing so much with purpose, and instead stay in purposelessness and direct experience. What is... who am I... where is here and now...
