Coast to Coast is growing and we’re thrilled to welcome Tina Barbagallo to the team as Match Coordinator.

Tina is excited to embark on the next phase of her career, entering the evolving field of s***m donation. She is committed to leading with empathy, guiding both intended parents and s***m donors through a process that can be both overwhelming but incredibly rewarding.

Tina’s journey in the fertility world began back in the 1990s when she became an egg donor herself. By 2002, she stepped into the agency side—supporting donor and recipient intake, coordinating cycles, and eventually finding her true calling in matching, where she’s spent decades helping build families with care and intention.

With her deep experience, vast knowledge, and extraordinary compassion, Tina brings a thoughtful, steady presence to every case. She’s known for leading with empathy and for guiding intended parents and donors through a process that can feel overwhelming—but also incredibly beautiful.

When she’s not helping create families, you can find her at concerts or hiking the trails around Los Angeles.

We’re so excited to have her expertise and heart on our team!

What a fabulous time we had in Costa Mesa at the conference. We saw old friends, met new ones and had deep conversations about best practices for donor conception.

We talked to donor-conceived people, surrogacy and egg donor agencies, attorneys and mental health professionals.

Being part of this community means upholding the highest standards for everyone. Until next year!
