Together for Wellness I'm a Mom of 6 who finally found a program that helped me get lose unwanted lbs, I was carrying around with me my most of my adult life! to lose up to 210 lbs.

I am a Optavia Health Coach, and it is my passion to help people lose weight, keep it off, and experience a better quality of life! I help integrate the habits of health (what you eat and drink, sleep, exercise, beliefs) to create a healthier lifestyle change. This would explain why i dont recall ever seeing kale growin up? Did you?
