AI, Photoshop, and reels are not necessarily the right path for the aging. Our Homo sapiens strengths are not as predictable as we once thought they were and the amount of practice it takes to cheat those levels greatly underestimated
Try to be a realist as you approach your daily practice. Remember that the same energy that goes in can also flow out. That is the nature of the tides that are produced by the gravity that rules the flow inside of you. It’s no political person who makes those choices for how you flow it’s actually a phenomenal aspect of nature . Resisting the aspects of nature can produce trauma and deprivation that can affect everything in your life. Example when we leave the television running through the night while we sleep it produces a cloaking effect over the REM rest. Don’t underestimate the restorative quality of sleep. It’s my theory that dreams sleep is a pressure valve which can release trauma and other negative aspects of our lives gentle while we but permitting the television to introduce new trauma, distraction, brainwashing, and others protected infiltration into our consciousness maybe what is corrupting our status And making it difficult to focus reducing our clarity diminishing or critical aspects which are so necessary to be able to choose so right from wrong and other social construct would give us the opportunity to modify the needs of our neighbors. Many of us are traumatized by the community of others, but is that consistent with our experience of our own nudity are we traumatized by our community because we watch advertising about people who have superior creative expressions of nudity? Why when we have eyes we can shut the images of nudity give us no relief from the trauma is that nearly reactivity, a social construct created by the pretensions of organized practice and traditional malpractice? Many questions arise as we look at the aspects between journalistic approach to information scientific approach to, and traditional family faithful practice and down by generation of ignorance. To masters of consciousness skin and try to imagine a world based off act, credible scientific evidence, intellectual strength and resistance protection, dishonest, supposition and mindless emulation of the ape inside of us. That may not be the easiest way to access the flow when you do your morning practice and later in the day when you do your restorative returns to the benefitsremember to allow yourself plenty of room to feel and experience the trauma free life silence, mindful attention, and allow the previous portions of your brain to absorb that flow and make it part of your combustion engine powered so by the effects of revolution
