I’ve been absent from FB for a long time. Seemed to be a waste of time. Now I’m wasting time and FB is more realistic. My theories about self massage and child raising are still untested. In the case of Pregong, I used to think 0-6 years were the most important. I was wrong. -2, -1 and 0 are more important. Preparing parents for the time with the children is the most important period in a child’s development. Fact is, most people who have kids are clueless and thus the ignorance in child reading is perpetuated.

I was early in my theory when I said I was pain free in Progong. Pain is part of it and nobody is free totally, especially as maturity comes, we have more pain, not less. Self massage helps pain. That is progong.
