TLC is located in the new community of 4S Ranch with stunning surroundings and a variety of different stores. This is both Close to the I-15 and the I-56.

The facility is close to the hospital and shopping malls. Our care and personal commitment offers elegant comfort for residents.

TLC has both private and semi-private furnished rooms. We encourage our residents to add their own personal touch to their environment.

The home is located in a beautiful and quite area that is within safe walking distance to parks.

Welcome!

Our Loving and caring assisted living home is maintained with a strong family environment located in the 4S Ranch neighborhood.

We welcome you to our beautiful new home with a panoramic view of Rancho Bernardo’s sunset. We provide a loving and caring assisted living home for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents. We maintain a positive family environment by providing an intimate setting with a capacity to six residents.

Our home is owned and managed by an experienced nurse, supervised by an M.D, pharmacist and dentist with programs and activities to enhance the quality of life for residents.
