and I are opening a business here in Virginia Beach. If you haven’t heard from us what it is, it is a total wellness center dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. We moved to VA Beach about a year ago in order to achieve our dream. We are almost there but need a little more start up $ to get help our idea come to fruition and are humbly asking for help from anyone who can. Hopefully we have either helped you in the past or will be able to help you in the future, but either way we appreciate you all and wish you all the best in your wellness journey! At some point you have to acknowledge that you’re doing your best so far, then push yourself to be better. It’s easy to say “push yourself” but the reality is, be proud of yourself! You’re the only one that has made it this far in your shoes!

Everything feels better after acupuncture! Practice is in full swing and the schedule is filling up so don’t wait!
Just like everything else that’s good for you, acupuncture needs time and repetition to show you it’s full value.
You can’t exercise, stretch, or eat a salad once and expect results.

Give acupuncture a chance and you will be blown away by how much it can help your every day life.
