My fascination with pregnancy and childbirth began when I was just a teenager. I knew that I wanted to empower women to birth the way that God intended us to birth. As a Birth Doula, I work with pregnant mamas and their families to help them achieve the birth experience they have been dreaming about. I will honor their informed choices on how they would like to bring their baby into this world. It
is my job to provide nurturing, support, encouragement and love to not only the birthing mama, but the father and the rest of the family, as well. I will focus on the natural physiology of birth and help the mama move through her birthing time providing support, suggestions, answering questions, and helping her with whatever she needs to feel comfortable in this amazing transformation from woman to mother. As a HypnoBirthing instructor I will provide childbirth education classes for expecting families that will focus on taking away the fear of birth. We will work on reforming the way that we perceive birth so that the mama feels empowered and confident that her perfect body was made to birth this sweet baby. I also provide Nutrition, Health & Wellness coaching. Proper nutrition during pregnancy and beyond is vital to the mama and babies well being. The entire family will benefit immensely from this knowledge.
