🍁 Autumn marks the beginning of the yin phase — a time to slow down, reflect, and prepare for the stillness of winter.
🍂 This season is associated with the Lungs (肺) and Large Intestine (大腸), organs connected to letting go, grief, and release. It’s also a season of dryness, which can affect our respiratory system and make us more prone to colds and flus.
🫁 If your Lung Qi feels depleted — showing up as low energy, sadness, or weak immunity — this is the perfect time to nurture and rebuild it through rest, warmth, and balanced nourishment.
✨ Autumn Do’s & Don’ts (TCM Tips):
✅ Cover your neck and shoulders when it’s windy or cold
✅ Eat seasonal, warm-cooked foods to support digestive Qi
✅ Listen to your body — rest more and embrace stillness
🚫 Avoid excessive cold foods
🚫 Don’t ignore your body’s need to slow down
Let this season be one of gentle release, reflection, and restoration 🌬️🍁
