Yoga Arts

Currently offering daily in person and virtual classes; we are known for our excellent teaching and warm community of students.

Classes are Iyengar and Hatha style. We also have a lovely spa where we offer massages, facials, reiki and more. Iyengar and Hatha classes 7 days/week.

This month our Thursday evening community class will donate a portion of the profits to Sister League, a non profit that provides safe housing, programming, and care for woman in San Diego. "Getting Back to Backbends" with Amy Pachowicz

Returning to a backbending practice after Covid? Suitable to beginners who are learning backbends and intermediate students who may have practiced less backbending during the pandemic. We will use supported backbends during the workshop to remind our spines how to approach Urdhva Dhanurasana. All levels welcome!
