For nearly 20 years, we have supported San Diego Area families through the aging journey.

Originally founded as Age Concerns, our San Diego location joined LivHome, a premier home care provider in California, in 2003. In 2021, we became Arosa and continue to serve communities in the San Diego area. We improve seniors' quality of life by enabling them to comfortably age in place with the security and support of a qualified and professional interdisciplinary care team. We are a Best of Home Care 2020 Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice winner as well as a Home Care Pulse Certified Trusted Provider.

Our San Diego team had the honor of celebrating our oldest client, Carmen, on her 102nd birthday. Laura Lancaster, April Manilla, and caregiver Samantha made the day extra special with something yummy, something pretty, and something cozy—her very own hand-knitted Arosa blanket, which she loved.
