Bridey (she/her) is a certified yoga, breathwork, and meditation facilitator with over 15 years of practice and teaching experience since 2018. She founded *San Diego Yoga News* (2020-2023) and is passionate about making yoga accessible and trauma-informed. With a background in philosophy and environmental ethics, Bridey discovered yoga’s profound healing benefits, helping her navigate PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
