You all know I love to find you guys the best of the best foods to keep you healthy and happy.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked what protein bar I would recommend.

Well, I finally found one that I fully approve of. Both in taste and in ingredients.

What sets this one apart from the others— there is TRULY no weird stuff in it!

The Ingredients are 💯. I wouldn’t change a thing! Fruit + nuts and seeds + organic egg white protein. 👌🏻

With a brand re-fresh, I thought I’d share a my story of who I am as your trainer, your health coach, your rehab specialist, and your lifestyle bestie.

I have spent over 19 years studying the impact that exercise, behavior, mindset, and nutrition has on quality of life.

My education and experience has shaped my integrative and personalized approach when working with clients. I like to get to know you by understanding your behaviors, your lifestyle, and your mindset. With a more personal understanding of you, the work we do together is far from one-size-fits-all.

We will work on your body and strength, while also inspiring you to work on adapting healthier habits that will vastly improve your health and whole life.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the top fitness companies in the industry, develop and teach kinesiology classes at the University level, and share my knowledge with clients at my own studio.

To see clients who have previously had a negative association with food and exercise, struggled through pain, felt like they were not being heard by healthcare professionals, who are now thriving in maintaining healthy habits and confident in themselves, is what drives me to continue helping any client who reaches out to me.

I approach working with my clients like talking and hanging out with your best friend. Your best friend always has your best interest at heart and wants to see you succeed. My hope is that being there for my clients as a support system for them to confide in, rely on, and motivate them, while reaching their goals, provides exactly what they need to help them succeed.

The 5-second rule:

Action is the answer. That’s what the 5-second rule teaches you.

Motivation to do something doesn’t come by sitting and waiting for it. You’re not at a train station waiting for the next bus to come by at the perfect time.

It’s up to you to initiate the momentum to make moves.

Counting backwards from 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 is setting you up for the “blast-off” moment you need to ignite your first step towards movement.

This curated psychological trick works because it interrupts the cycle of overthinking, creates a small victory, and encourages you to take action before hesitation sets in.

The hardest part to change is typically the first step. But remember, once you start moving, it’s a lot easier to stay in motion.

So, if you know you want to move forward from where you are in your life, start the countdown, initiate the momentum, and keep moving until you are far from where you first started.
