I was going through stuff and purging. I found old intake forms! When I was looking at all of the people that has been on my table or massage chair, I was saying HOLY CANOLI!!! I have touched a ton of people over the years. Going on 13 years 2024šŸ¤”ā˜ŗļø Its alot of people through past events and doing groupon in the beginning and getting referrals. I seriously couldn’t feel so much appreciation. Especially for those who have stuck with me over the years.

Thats why I have been crazy procrastinating moving my essential body therapy business to its a hard thing to let go of. Essential Body Therapy is a legit identity of myself and who I have become. I know its not the complete end to Essential Body Therapy, but its time for me to finally level up. I believe thats gonna happen with Evofitwell.

As a massage therapist who has been in business for almost 13 years, Im always learning. My advice to new therapists…always be learning. No matter how long you have been in business. Everyone has their own techniques and who knows you might learn something brand new!

You know where this is leading? Well? Ill be bringing back my massage mentorship that I call Guiding Hands Mentorship. I started back in 2014ish but at that time I was ready to take on the emotions that come along with mentoring because I myself had not worked on certain things. Since then so much has changed and sooooooo much growth has happened in my body mind spirit for sure!

So on to my next level…becoming a mentoršŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸ¤˜šŸ¼

I have put so many of these out!! It only took over 6 years to get one back! šŸ˜‚ it’s

from me but now I don’t do these anymore ever! I did these when I transitioned from Ocean Beach to Barrio Logan and no one ever took advantage of this deal. Til now! šŸ˜‚

Dreams are something that I see as a way to connect to your inner self, subconscious, and with ancestors. Today, Im realizing that dreams actually can become a reality. The thought of restarting my wellness center from when I was in Ocean Beach is coming back was so far from what I thought was capable again. I seriously thought my failure of my wellness center was it. But it’s NOT!! It looks, feels, and sound’s slightly different but all in all is a huge piece of ME! And the best part is I’m doing it with my gym buddies at stay classy crossfit!! It’s our little collective.

I would love a follow on our instagram

Never have I ever felt so much trust in myself and from others. Im so absolutely grateful to be a part of the collective with super classy peeps.

This is an upleveling of my career. So of course I’m super nervous about it, got a little anxiety, but I’m still forging forward.

Official launch date is July 15th!!!! I hope I can see some of y’all there!

About Me

Sandy became a massage therapist in 2012. She attended International Professional School of Bodywork and graduated with an Associates Degree in Holistic Health. This means she finished with 1,230 hours of training versus the typical 500 hours of training. She specialized in clinical methods and Thai Massage. So, she has learned techniques from Thai Massage to Tui Nah to Deep Tissue Sculpting and much more. She has also finished her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and now teaches a Deep Stretch Hatha style yoga class at Stay Classy Crossfit.

Sandy specializes in Sport Massage. She will address specific injuries/challenges through a combination of deep tissue compressions and passive stretching (based on Thai Massage), while clients are primarily clothed. The focus is on specific muscle tissue mobilization/structural shifts rather than a full-body sensory or pampering experience as is typically offered with a standard spa-style massage.

She designs her sessions to help clients: *Reduce, manage, and/or eliminate pain. *Gain flexibility for less joint pain. *Improve athletic performance. *Increase injury prevention & decrease re-injury Her massage style will be firm but mindful. Clients are mostly clothed, allowing her to do passive joint movements combined with firm muscle compressions.
