Funny thing occurred today 😂...We had a pharmaceutical delivery that was about 24 hours late of being delivered, and we needed it for people coming in!! So...since FedEx was taking their sweet time, Howard went off the FedEx tracking map, and drove out to find the driver to get it in time for our scheduled appointments. It was great to be at the Breathe Degrees () pre-opening launch event at their new Liberty Station - Point Loma studio ~ Breathe🧘‍♀️& Chill 🧊

A fun and relaxing time was had by all with the breath work, sound bowls, cold plunge, and mobile sauna - along with the complementary B12 shots that Ravive provided.

We are a wellness center located in San Diego that is dedicated to helping our clients achieve optimal health using holistic methods. Our services include acupuncture, massage, Ideal Protein medical weight loss, vitamin injections, and laser body contouring. We also have custom essential oils and CBD products avaliable for purchase. Our well trained staff is here to educate and have clients leaving well informed and happy.

We host monthly educational seminars in order to inform the general public on health, weight loss methods, Eastern medicine techniques, and more.
