My work combines my training in psychology and counseling with my intuitive gifts. I work with children, teens and adults to find purpose and meaning in their lives, and experience more joy and ease in all aspects of their lives. I have experience working on a range of issues, including:

· Grief and loss
· Trauma, abuse and post-traumatic stress
· Spiritual crisis
· Anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorders
· Interpersonal and relationship issues
· Eating and body image concerns
· Childhood adjustment, behavioral and learning
issues (e.g., ASD, LD, ADHD)
· Parenting concerns

I also host workshops to help clients to connect with their intuitive guidance.
