It was a fantastic night at the Gala for Freedom 2025. Alumni, staff, family and friends gathered under one roof as we celebrated accomplishments and shared a vision for the future of the Ranch. Warm up your home and heart with a tried-and-true bowl of delicious chili! If you don’t have a favorite recipe, give this one a try.

Warm and Hearty Chili Recipe 😋

✔️Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
✔️Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
✔️Add the crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, Rotel tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
✔️Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, or until the chili has thickened and the flavors have melded.
✔️Serve the chili with rice, pasta, or corn chips.
