Colorful, crunchy, and packed with plant-based power! This bowl is loaded with fiber, antioxidants, and minerals to support digestion, hormone balance, and glowing skin. 🌿🥕

Ingredients:
1/2 red cabbage, shredded
1/2 head broccoli, chopped
1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
1 can of chickpeas
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 large carrots, shredded
2 cups snap string beans
1/2 cup black sesame seeds
cilantro to garnish

Instructions:
Steam the broccoli and cauliflower.
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and season with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, pepper, and pink salt.
Serve!

Delicious, nourishing, and packed with goodness! 🍗✨

This savory turkey breast is infused with thyme, sage, and bay leaves, herbs known for their immune-supporting and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Ingredients:
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 Tbs thyme, dried
1 Tbs sage, dried
1 (4 lb.) whole turkey breast, bone-in with skin
3/4 cup vegetable broth
2 bay leaves

Instructions:
Prep:
Slice the onion.
Whisk together salt and herbs.

Make:
Rub the entire turkey breast with the spice blend.
Place the onion at the bottom of the slow cooker and place the turkey breast, skin side down, on top of the onion.
Add broth and bay leaves.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours [internal temperature should reach 165° F.].
Carefully remove the turkey from the cutting board and tent it with foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Remove skin and carve, drizzling with juices from the pot just before serving.

Note: If you can find it, try a boneless turkey roast.
