We’d like to thank Masumi, the owner of Bake Station Double Zero, for making this gorgeous Kanreki birthday cake for us. Kanreki is a traditional way of celebrating one’s 60th birthday (oops...😂), and it is very special in the Japanese culture. Those lucky people who turn 60 receive a red cap and a red vest to celebrate their new stage of life.
