Stimulate healthy lymph flow and reduce fluid retention
Minimize swelling and improve range of motion
Support your body’s natural healing process
Help prevent lymphedema progression when started early
Early and consistent MLD can make a significant difference in comfort, mobility, and long-term well-being. You’ve already shown incredible strength—let us help you prioritize the next phase of healing.

Today’s self-care pull: ā€˜20 minutes of qigong’

It’s been years since I practiced regularly—back when I was in school for massage and Asian bodywork. Today felt like coming home.

I found this video, and as soon as the movements began, muscle memory woke up. That familiar flow of breath and energy, the quieting of the mind, the gentle return to myself.

No rush. No force. Just 20 minutes of deep presence—and now, this soft, grounded feeling that lingers.

When’s the last time you revisited an old practice? Sometimes the things we need most are the ones we already know.

Sometimes self-care wears unexpected disguises...

Today, mine came as 20 minutes of clearing space. No fancy products, no elaborate rituals - just the simple, grounding act of restoring order to my environment.

As I sorted and organized, I noticed something beautiful happening: my mind began to unwind alongside my surroundings. There’s a quiet therapy in caring for our spaces, isn’t there? (And discovering my long-forgotten camera was a lovely bonus! šŸ“ø)

This is the heart of true wellness: honoring what our minds and bodies need in each moment - whether that’s a spa treatment or something beautifully ordinary.

What unexpected act of care has nourished you recently?** I’d love to hear what’s been working for you.

Day 4: A Flame, A Memory, & Coming Full Circle šŸ”„šŸ§˜šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø

Today’s self-care pull brought me "Light a candle and meditate to the flame."

The moment I read it, I was transported back—years ago, when I practiced qigong and used candle flames as my focal point in meditation. The way the light danced, steady yet alive, teaching me how to be both grounded and fluid.

It’s been so long since I’ve meditated this way. I wonder what will feel familiar, what will feel new. Will my mind settle as easily as it once did? Will the flame stir old wisdom or reveal something unexpected?

That’s the beauty of rituals—they hold memories, even when we’ve stepped away from them. And sometimes, they circle back to us when we need them most.

Tonight, I’ll light a candle, soften my gaze, and let the flame do what it’s always done: pull me into presence. No expectations, just returning.

Want to join me? Try it—even for just 3 minutes. Let the flicker be your anchor. (And if you do, tell me what comes up for you!)

(Sharing my daily pulls in case anyone else needs a little nudge toward intentional self-care. Sometimes the universe hands us exactly what we forgot we needed.)

Day 3 of My Self-Care Ritual Pull… and Why It’s Stirring Up Some Feels šŸ’†šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

This week, I started something new—a Self-Care Ritual Cup—where each day, I pull a slip with a small, intentional act of kindness for myself. So far, it’s been:

🌳 Day 1: Hug a tree. (Yes, I did. And yes, it was oddly grounding.)
ā˜• Day 2: Make a warm herbal tea and savor it slowly. (No chugging while multitasking—just sipping and breathing.)
šŸ’§ Today—Day 3: Hydrating facial + a little microdermabrasion because why not treat my skin like the temple it is?

Here’s the thing… each of these acts is lovely. Each one is something I want to do. And yet… every time I reach into that cup, I feel this tiny flicker of angst. A whisper of resistance.

Why?

Maybe it’s because self-care—real, deliberate self-care—means stopping. It means admitting that my well-being matters enough to pause for. And if I’m honest, I think part of me worries: How long will this take? Do I really have the time?

But here’s the truth: I don’t have time not to.

Because the moments I give myself—whether it’s hugging a tree, sipping tea, or massaging hydration back into my skin—aren’t lost time. They’re reclaimed time. Time that reminds me I’m not just a checklist, a role, or a productivity machine. I’m a person. And people need tending.

So today, I’m going to slather on serums, breathe in the scent of the berry mask , and let myself be cared for—even if it’s by my own hands. Because this ritual isn’t just about skincare or tea or trees. It’s about rewiring the belief that I have to earn the right to slow down.

Spoiler: I don’t. And neither do you. šŸ’›

(Photos of my spa setup (at the spa) are shared in the comments below!). This a photo of me post facial with my skin looking and feeling superhydrated!

Q for you: What’s one small act of self-care you’ve done (or want to do) for yourself lately? šŸ‘‡šŸ¾āœØ

Lately, I’ve been intentional about weaving self-care into my daily routine in a way that feels nurturing and sustainable. Inspired by a beautiful idea I came across, I decided to create a *Self-Care Ritual Cup*—a simple yet powerful tool to remind myself to pause, breathe, and show up for me.

Here’s how it works: I wrote down all the little (and big) things that bring me peace, joy, or grounding—whether it’s five minutes of affirmations, journaling, dancing, or even just hugging myself and whispering, *ā€˜This too shall pass.’* Each one went into my cup. Now, each morning (or whenever I feel overwhelmed), I draw one and commit to doing that one thing for myself that day.

It’s been a gentle but profound shift—a way to extend grace to myself even on the busiest days. And I’ve been encouraging our clients to try it too, because self-care shouldn’t be an afterthought; it’s the foundation of how we show up for everything else.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to host an evening where we gather to create our own Self-Care Ritual Cups together—a space to reflect, share, and set intentions for nurturing ourselves. Let me know if you’d be interested; sometimes, the simplest tools make the deepest impact.

Here’s to loving ourselves well—one small ritual at a time.

Tonight, under the thick clouds hiding the Pink Moon, I’ll be sitting by the fire, playing the heart, throat, and sacral crystal singing bowls. Even if the sky stays veiled, the energy is still here—warm, deep, and humming with the quiet power of this full moon.

The heart bowl sings for love and release, the throat bowl for truth waiting to be spoken, and the sacral bowl for the creative flow that moves beneath the surface. The full moon pulls these energies forward, whether we see it or not.

I wanted to share this little moment with you—just two minutes of sound to slow down, breathe, and let the vibrations settle into your bones. Wherever you are, I hope it brings you a little softness, a little stillness. Close your eyes and receive.
