Went to for a chocolate making class Friday before Mother's Day. We had a really wonderful time making chocolate bark, bonbons, and dipped strawberries. I'd love to say we made the chocolates pictured, but we did not. They were made by the wonderful staff there. If you haven't tried their confections yet, you probably should soon.
