We are so thankful to The Knights of Columbus Council #13124 at St. Therese of Carmel Parish for their generous donation of $4,700 from their annual Tootsie Roll Drive! They gather donations from the community and parishioners in support of The Arc of San Diego. Over the years, they have donated more than $35,000 to support services for children and adults with disabilities at The Arc of San Diego.

We are proud to congratulate Kirk Conrad Dela Cruz for being named as San Diego Business Journal’s 2025 40 Next Top Business Leaders Under 40!

Kirk joined The Arc of San Diego in 2021. Under his leadership, the organization has seen major growth—increasing access to inclusive employment across San Diego County. In 2024 alone, nearly 400 people with disabilities earned over $5.2 million in wages through these services.

Kirk oversees multiple programs that provide job training, placement, and ongoing support, helping individuals thrive in the workforce. Inspired by his sister with a disability, Kirk’s work is rooted in purpose, equity, and a deep commitment to empowering others.

The Arc of San Diego applauds Kirk Conrad for his ongoing commitment to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in San Diego. Congratulations!
