Only five months late, but who’s counting?
This Bali birthday was one for the books! Believe it or not, you can ice skate in the jungle.

This belated birthday girl moved across the world without knowing a soul. She learned, sometimes the hard way, how friendships are formed, tested, and remade. She discovered that kindness, true kindness, the kind that holds steady even when it’s not returned right away, is the doorway to real connection.

Now she’s surrounded by a beautiful circle of friends from every corner of the globe.

One of the quiet heartbreaks of motherhood is seeing the potholes before they do. You know which turns will hurt. And still, you let them choose.

You can’t protect them from becoming who they’re meant to be. You can only love them through the process of becoming.

One birthday at a time.

Mother’s Day holds a lot

For some, it’s joy and celebration. For others, it’s a quiet day of remembering. Sometimes, it’s both.

To those missing their moms, to moms missing their children, and to anyone holding both grief and gratitude, I see you.

I’m deeply thankful for my mom, who continues to be one of my greatest supporters and my mom-in-law who is too. They’re beautiful, strong, loving forces in my life. As a mom myself, I’ve learned that motherhood stretches the heart in ways that defy words. As a medium, I know that this is true whether our children are in our arms or only in our hearts.

Wherever you find yourself today, may you feel surrounded by love. The kind of love that transcends space, time, and even death. 💞

This girl has been in the hospital in Bali for more than two weeks. She’s still smiling because of all the sweet visitors she’s had. ❤️

It has been a wild roller coaster and she’s been so brave, so strong and fully present. She’s taught me that pain is nothing to fear and that part of this Earth school experience is to allow ourselves to feel pain in our bodies. As her momma, all I want is for her to be pain free, well and back home. This experience has really taught me a truer meaning of surrendering and trust in the architect’s plan.

As a medium, I have deeper empathy than ever for everyone I work with who has sat by the side of a loved one in the hospital. As a healer, I accept that we can’t always stop the pain on our desired timeline.

We are grateful for the massive network of people sending healing, love and prayers. It’s palpable! We can feel it holding us. Thank you. I have peace in the knowing that she is fully healthy. She just needs to remember that when she’s ready. ✨

Healing isn’t a straight path—it’s a winding, bumpy, messy journey. 🌿💛

After sessions, I love to move through the green of the rice fields. Green is the color of the heart chakra, which governs love, compassion and healing. The paths curve unexpectedly and unevenly. It’s often muddy and overgrown. And yet, step by step, I kept going—trusting the way forward.

I had a session recently with grieving parents who lost their baby. They were searching for answers, trying to make sense of their pain. The message that kept coming through wasn’t about reason or logic—it was about allowing themselves to rest, grieve, and heal in their own time.

If you’re in a season of loss or uncertainty, know this: You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to rush your healing. Let yourself move through it as you are. The path may be uneven, but you are not lost or alone. 💚

Every Friday starts with yoga at in 3rd grade with a focus on mindfulness, kindness and self love. This Friday, parents were invited to do partner yoga with their kids. Pure bliss! 🧘🏻‍♀️🥰

Every time I’m on this campus, I can’t help but wonder how the world might change if schools worldwide taught yoga in the mornings, emphasized connection with nature, sustainable practices and self love alongside traditional curriculum. After years of feeling like we were sending our kids to schools that were out of alignment with how education should be, I am still pinching myself that we have been lucky enough to experience this incredible school and community.
