On December 21st, we experienced the darkest night of the year. But, we also experienced the shift into the return of the increase of light. During this winter season, they say that the astral veils are thinner than any other time of the year. Amidst this energy, there are two processes at play. There is the energy which draws us to slow down, rest, and rejuvenate. There is also the energy which calls us to interiorize, reflect, dive into our spiritual sadhana, feel, and touch into the depth of ourselves. It’s a season of nourishment, renewal, and expanding our consciousness through inward awareness.

In this 90-minute experiential, educational workshop, we will share a dharma talk together, practice a kundalini yoga sequence specific to this season’s energy, and most importantly leave with a set of yogic principles & ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations to integrate into your life to support with maximizing the current energies.

Ayurveda is “the science of life,” and the 5,000 year old consciousness based system of health and vitality rooted in the Vedic tradition of India. Each participant will receive a complimentary Ayurvedic assessment and will be given a set of ayurvedic recipes and practices to implement in their life.

This workshop is open to everyone, and no prior knowledge of Ayurveda or Kundalini is necessary. Everything will be covered accordingly and you will leave feeling anchored in your body, mind, and soul.

The Full Moon is a time for reflection and introspection- a time to take stock of all that we have and all that we desire. We must evaluate the past in order to be successful in the present and plan for the future.

Join us as we harness the power of the full moon energy. We will be practicing Kundalini techniques and meditations to heighten our awareness, gain clarity moving forward and help us to reevaluate our priorities in life. The circle will include journaling and sharing so bring something comfy to sit on and a pen and paper.

We will end with a nourishing and healing sound bath to align the chakras and cleanse any emotional or physical blocks that are preventing you from living your best life. Hope to see you there!

Join our sacred circle and meet other like-minded seekers looking to release the old, make space for the new & plant seeds for the future. We will be practicing some powerful Kundalini techniques for releasing all that no longer serves us, intention setting via journaling, and experiencing a meditation for manifestation & prosperity in the New Year. Finishing the evening with the sound healing vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls.

Join us in this sacred circle as we combine breath work, yoga, meditation, chanting, aromatherapy and journaling. Ending the night with a beautiful and relaxing sound bath with the gong, crystal bowls, and other high vibration instruments.

Please bring a journal, pen or pencil, and a pillow or blanket to make yourself more comfortable. You are also welcome to bring any crystals or any other artifacts to add to the circle and charge under the New Moon energy!
