This is a call for healing and removal of obstacles that stand in the way of my optimal health and inner strength so that I may continue to step into my empowered path … along the way… these musical notes carry me thru.

If you’re receiving these sounds and are reading these words, I ask that you please send your prayers and healing energy my way, specifically towards my respiratory system, sinuses, and spinal system, they’re all in need of grace and have been for a while. I’ve been struggling for a long time - but when I caught Corona back in October it made this all a bit worse … only my close friends and family have known .. until now … I want to continue sharing what I love to do with the world. I’ve tried so many modalities that only provided temporary relief and so I have just learned to live with pain & discomfort to the point where now it’s really letting me know I need to listen more closely and continue to seek out the methods that will truly help me long-term. If you are a healer or know of others who’s work you highly recommend I’d like to start a conversation and share a bit more about what’s going on for me.

With Great Love & the Will to be the most embodied version of mySelf so that I may best serve others, I Thank you … 💜🎶🙏🏼💫 and I’m ready Lord. Calling on my Spirit Guides. We got this.

So grateful for the new flute that has joined my sound tribe… and I’m very excited to continue sharing this medicine as I continue to learn & grow on this journey of Life ✨

Michael feels excited and blessed to be able to share his practice with others – to have the opportunity to create an uplifting communal experience of group prayer. He can be found leading kirtan at yoga studios in the Los Angeles area, at conscious gatherings, at the beach, or singing with his harmonium as a soundscape for yoga classes.

🐘Music is the language of the heart. It cuts through all differences. It moves energy right through the heart center. This music energy mixed with the Divine Names cleanse the heart, mind, emotions, and spirit. Kirtan awakens us to our most authentic self.

Today! 6-7:30pm. Come rest in the embrace of mother nature, surrounded by the bay, the trees, fresh air, cool breeze with a mystical instrumental offering for your mind, body & soul.

This will be a solo musical experience where i'll take you on an inner journey using an oasis sound sculpture handpan, a native american drone flute, crystal bowls, djembe, frame drum, congas, doumbek, guitar & voice. You're welcomed to lay in savasana, meditate or get up and move, dance do yoga, sing along and/or allow for what ever expressions want to come through as you receive these revitalizing frequencies which I will be transmitting via sacred sound. This will be a blissfully ecstatic, meditative and joyful grooving, rhythmic experience.

Gift yourself the opportunity to reset, recharge and activate your senses for the week ahead. Invite some friends or family and let's dive in! Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay/sit on, a hat and/or sunglasses and a sweater or jacket as it starts to get cold towards the eve.

Chanting the Shani Dev Mantra. Om Sham Shanicharaya Namaha w/ & community during our monthly Kirtan Club (every first weds of the month)

Shani is the Lord of discipline and control. He shows us the truth and keeps us honest. Shani is the most influential as well as the powerful planet among the Navgrahas (nine heavenly bodies and deities that influence human life on Earth according to Hindu astrology) Shani is given the responsibility of disbursing justice to individuals depending on the good and bad karmas (past deeds) of a person.

Lord Shani gives good or bad results. Shani moves slowly as compared to other planets (I.e. Saturn🪐) and hence stays in a Rashi (moon sign) or Zodiac sign for seven and a half years. This period is called the Saade Sati period. This is said to be the highly troublesome phase in the life of individuals. To overcome the afflicted position of Shani in the horoscope and the ill-effects of the Saade Sati period, expert astrologers advise chanting Shani mantra. All the problems and struggles can be overcome if one prays to Lord Shani Dev sincerely.

🪔Kirtan is call-and-response chanting of Sanskrit mantras. Each repetition of the mantra is a way to gather our awareness and concentration and to be fully present in the moment. This is a heart practice, bringing us into contact with our own true nature. It is a beautiful and powerful way to be in community. May this 33rd year of my Life be used in service to the Most High. Here are some Bday weekend views 😍

Gratitude to those of you who made the trek out to celebrate my 33rd year on Earth. I really want you to know that you all made this day so very special for me with all of your kind words and reflections about what I represent to you and how I have made your life just a little more playful … & sacred at the same time🧞‍♀️

it really filled my heart to receive all of your love and expressions of friendship on this day. I deeply bow to the depths of your souls and the incredible work you have all put it in on your own paths of healing & connecting to your inner self & creating community in your own ways - from that place … I see it… I feel it … and I just want to say let’s keep building together. Community starts with the personal relationships we nourish … and the grander vision we hold in our hearts … these relationship’s serve that greater purpose and well-being of all... I feel like the people who I’m closest to right now all share a very similar vision & goal of living in community… and I feel the power of this ancient call waking up in us more and more.

🌚Shivaratri is a festival celebrated annually in honor of Lord Shiva, and is known as the Great Night of Shiva. This festival marks a remembrance of overcoming darkness and ignorance in life and the world.
🐍Shiva is considered as the Adi Guru, the first Guru from whom the science of Yoga originated. After many millennia in meditation, one day he became absolutely still. That day is Mahashivratri.

One of the highlights for me in Lake Atitlán was a cacao tour we went on with ☺️

The sacredness & intention around mama cacao was felt most especially when we created a beautiful altar on top of a cacao tree and sat in circle around it to pray, meditate & sing songs. I shed so many tears during this experience and felt so much Love within myself. A moment I’ll never forget. The tour guide was going deeper into the meaning & reason why cacao is becoming so popular & needed during this time as a heart-opener.
