Brothers Mark and Matt started GoCryo (Formerly NextGen Cryo) because of their strong passion in the fitness industry. They both have a combination of over 15 years working in the health and wellness industry. Their goal is to spread the word of whole body cryotherapy and the recovery benefits so that people can be at their peak performance to continue living healthy active lives. Mark and Matt love to cook (Meal Prep Mondays) and take Marks dog on hikes and the beach.
