🦃 Finding Your Center This Thanksgiving 🦃
The holidays can be wonderful, but they can also stir up old stress, family tension, and emotional triggers you thought you’d left behind. If you're heading into Thanksgiving feeling a mix of gratitude and anxiety, you’re not alone.
One of the things I encourage my clients to do is use Thought Field Therapy (TFT) before walking into family gatherings. Just a few minutes of tapping can help settle your nervous system, clear emotional overwhelm, and bring you back to a grounded place.
When you feel centered, you respond differently. You listen differently. You take care of yourself differently.
This Thanksgiving, give yourself permission to take breaks, breathe, and tap when you need it. Your well-being is allowed to come first.
