To increase flexibility try this 5-minute stretch routine twice a day, morning and nighttime.
1. Mountain/Tadasana
2. Forward Fold/uttanasana
3. Half lift
4. High lunge crescent pose, both sides
5. Standing hamstring stretch, both sides
6. Seated cat and seated cow
7. Seated cross leg forward fold- center, left side and right side
8. Figure four while lying down/pigeon on the back, both sides
9. Supine twist, both sides
10. Knees to chest lying down/apanasa
And I will add my favorite yoga pose:
11. Savasana co**se pose
And remember to breathe with each stretch, 5 times slowly inhaling and exhaling through the nostrils, deeply and completely. Activating the throat chakra by encouraging harmony, wisdom and understanding. 🕉️☀️🌒
