Being a caregiver asks so much of your heart, your body, and your nervous system. Every day in my practice I see nurturers who live on “fumes”, pushing themselves to be there for others, to create beautiful holiday memories, while juggling new or old aches, fatigue, overwhelm, and not feeling quite right, yet being told they are healthy.

I want to share something real quick since a few people have asked me what I’ve been using lately for sleep, energy, and body composition support.

My Heart is Full 💗. Tonight I stopped the busy-ness of life to experience Joy and connection with community, the Divine, in an active meditation of song, movement, breath at the Pilgrammage of the Heart Yoga. Singing, dancing, art and poetry powerfully transport me to magical places, ever since I can remember. I felt chills all evening, as we sang, clapped and danced to sanskrit and original songs, that touches the depths of who we are. Happy tears flowed from my eyes. My heart felt warm, open as children and men, from the audience, spontaneously sang from their hearts, and perfectly blended their voices with the Women’s Choir.

A wave of Community Centered Love and support is happening world wide and is hitting a crescendo. The media isn’t covering it. We have the power to create what we wish to experience. Each individual powerfully contributes to the whole by living their authentic, beautiful, self.
