So many of us struggle with truly restful sleep. Deep sleep isn’t just about rest—it’s when the body repairs, hormones reset, and the brain actually clears away the “clutter” from the day with cerebrospinal fluid. Without enough, we wake up foggy, tired, and run down.

So many of us struggle with truly restful sleep. Deep sleep isn’t just about rest—it’s when the body repairs, hormones reset, and the brain actually clears away the “clutter” from the day with cerebrospinal fluid. Without enough, we wake up foggy, tired, and run down.
✨ Simple sleep hygiene tips that help:
* Stick to the same bedtime + wake time (even on weekends!)
* No caffeine after 2pm, and avoid alcohol/heavy meals before bed
* Cool, dark, quiet bedroom
* No screens 30–60 minutes before bed
* Bed = sleep + intimacy only (no scrolling!)
* Relax with a shower, book, meditation, or slow breathing
