🌿 Celebrating World Hospice and Palliative Care Day with Adrienne’s Story 🌿

As we honor the compassionate care provided by hospice professionals today, we’re proud to share Adrienne’s journey at Lorian. As the Transitional Care Manager, Adrienne leads the clinical education program, helping clinicians and patients understand hospice and end-of-life care. She’s passionate about debunking the myths surrounding hospice, teaching that hospice is not about giving up—it’s about hope, support, and making each day meaningful.

Adrienne’s work became even more personal when her own mother received hospice care through Lorian. “I knew a lot about hospice,” she shares, “but experiencing it with my mom opened my eyes in a new way.” This connection allows Adrienne to support families with both knowledge and heartfelt compassion. 💜

On World Hospice and Palliative Care Day, let’s raise awareness about the importance of providing dignified, patient-centered care, and continue advocating for greater access to these essential services.

As HR Coordinator at Lorian, Tierra’s role is centered on fostering communication and engagement with employees. When she first joined the team, she had little knowledge about home health and hospice care. But as she learned more about the industry, her passion for supporting her colleagues grew even stronger.

What Tierra loves most about her role is connecting with employees daily, ensuring they feel supported and heard. Her advice to new hires? “Speak up and ask questions—we’re here to help!” By fostering open communication, Tierra helps create a positive and welcoming environment for both new and current team members.
