“I embrace the totalityof my being.
As I recover, I affirm my right to become a whole person—emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically. I embrace the totality of my being, thereby affirming my inner child.
My task is to fulfill the potential of my whole being. I cannot accomplish this by breaking myself into parts.
My whole being grows when any part of me grows. When I express my feelings, I express my spirituality. When my spirituality deepens, my whole self reflects its impact. My clear thinking affects all of me, and caring for my body nurtures my mind and spirit.
My inner child is grounded in the knowledge of my wholeness. Today I will rest assured that my recovery embodies my totality.
