This idea unfortunately causes people to wait to reach out and seek support, or doubt they are truly in need of therapy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The truth is, therapy can help with big problems, little problems, and all types of problems that fit somewhere in-between.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Therapy helps you learn how to better understand yourself, the way you instinctually cope, and the patterns that seem to show up throughout your life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Therapy also helps you learn how to be kinder to yourself, learn healthier and more effective ways to cope, and learn how to break patterns that feel destructive or like they aren't helping you live the life you want to.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
