Unwind in the gentle glow of candlelight as you’re guided through a deeply restorative fascia flow practice designed to reconnect body and mind. This class focuses on releasing tension stored within the fascia, the connective tissue that holds both physical stress and emotional trauma with a foam roller and foam balls.
Through slow, intentional movements and mindful stretches, you'll help calm the nervous system, allowing the body to enter a state of deep relaxation. The soothing atmosphere helps melt away layers of stress, bringing balance and harmony back to the body. As we work to release stored emotions, trauma, and physical tension from the fascia, you’ll leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and more in tune with yourself.
