The Menstrual Cycle is comprised of 4 Phases that occur over the span of 28-32 days. During those phases, someone might have different symptoms and feelings. It is important for people to pay attention to their bodies during each phase so they know how to take care of themselves accordingly.

Scenes from Healthy Teen 🌵❣️🦋
Last week Teen Clinic was represented by Sy and Sarah at the annual Healthy Teen Network conference in Phoenix, AZ!
This was the 7th year that SYHealth Teen Clinic staff have attended and presented at the conference.
47 people attended their workshop where they shared how Teen Clinic health educators work in schools and the community to support adolescents with healthy relationships, boundaries, consent and all things sexual health!

Coming out is a phrase people use to describe owning and sharing one’s sexuality. Often times people say “I came out when….” when they share how they told people they were part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Coming out is a personal choice and you do not owe that to anyone!

Some people want to share their sexual orientation with friends and family, and others don’t. Whatever you decide, we respect and support you at Teen Clinic 🫶🏻
