Our Birth Prep Class is designed to help both you and your partner feel confident, connected, and supported every step of the way. This class focuses on practical, hands-on strategies partners can use to provide meaningful physical support before, during, and after labor—from comfort techniques and positioning to postpartum care and recovery support.
We also guide you through breathwork, mindfulness, and movement techniques specifically tailored for a hospital birth setting, helping you stay grounded, adaptable, and empowered throughout your experience. Whether it’s your first baby or your third, this class creates space to build trust, deepen your partnership, and approach birth as a team.
Class 1) Birth preparation: physical and emotional comforts for facing labor as a team
Class 2) Preparing for labor: writing birth wishes, packing hospital bags and physical exercises to support a labor with ease.
Class 3) First weeks with baby: changing diapers, baby wearing, newborn sleep and feeding expectations
