Second time mamas… this one is for you 🤍

Today’s series was a real, honest look at what it means to move your body in the middle of the chaos of life with two. Slower transitions, babies in arms, toddlers needing snacks mid-set — and still, we showed up.

We were so grateful to be joined again by , who opened up such an important conversation about making space for your older child while your newborn needs so much of you.

Something that really landed: there can be grief in welcoming your second baby. Grief for the one-on-one time you had with your first. Grief in watching them reach for the other caregiver. Grief in realizing you can’t always meet every need the way you want to. And that doesn’t make you a bad mom — it makes you a human one.

A powerful reminder we’re taking with us: you don’t need to be 100% engaged with both babies all the time. Being present even 30% of the time is enough to meet them where they are.

So release the pressure, mama. You’re already doing more than enough 🤍

Our Birth Prep Class is designed to help both you and your partner feel confident, connected, and supported every step of the way. This class focuses on practical, hands-on strategies partners can use to provide meaningful physical support before, during, and after labor—from comfort techniques and positioning to postpartum care and recovery support.

We also guide you through breathwork, mindfulness, and movement techniques specifically tailored for a hospital birth setting, helping you stay grounded, adaptable, and empowered throughout your experience. Whether it’s your first baby or your third, this class creates space to build trust, deepen your partnership, and approach birth as a team.

Class 1) Birth preparation: physical and emotional comforts for facing labor as a team

Class 2) Preparing for labor: writing birth wishes, packing hospital bags and physical exercises to support a labor with ease.

Class 3) First weeks with baby: changing diapers, baby wearing, newborn sleep and feeding expectations
