It is with a very heavy heart that we share the passing of our dear employee, Linda Gonzalez.

Linda was more than just part of our team—she was family. For over 10 years, she brought dedication, warmth, and a spirit that touched everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her. She wasn’t just an employee; she was someone we loved deeply, someone who helped shape who we are.

Her presence, her kindness, and her unwavering commitment will never be forgotten. The impact she made on our company and in our lives is something words can’t fully capture. Haven will not be the same without her.

Our hearts are broken, and we will miss her more than we can say.

Experience is required. Applicants must be knowledgeable in QA of SN notes and OASIS to ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines. Familiarity with WellSky is preferred. Excellent hours.
