Been a little disappointed lately so I’m choosing appreciation and gratitude.

Super grateful for my tribe that has helped me create this sanctuary with me. Kelly, I have learned so much from you in the many years we’ve been friends. You slow my crazy brain and give me perspective. Kayla I fell in love with your massage and we clicked instantly. Very happy you put trust in me. Lindsay, thank you for letting me sit at the lunch table in high school. I am glad you’re still in my life and back to doing what you love. Tristen, I love our sporadic Sundays together. Catching up is always fun.
I appreciate all my clients! You guys are awesome. I get to hear so many awesome things going on in your lives. I’ve gotten the best advice. I have been privileged to live vicariously through all the cool places everyone goes to (I’m not a big traveler), hear about your kids, get house upgrade advice 😉 so many things to list. And thank you for trusting me!

Hello everyone! It’s been awhile since our last post! Here’s some new things that have been going on with Body Harmony!

I would like to assure all my clients that I always take precautions to prevent the spread of illness, including laundering linens after each use, cleaning all surfaces from the head rests and to the door k***s between guests. I use EPA registered disinfectants to clean tables, door handles, bottles and all surfaces. I wash my hands before and after every guest. Hand sanitizer is also used frequently during sessions

With growing concern I have put a policy into place: requiring guests who are sick, even at the tail end of a cold, to cancel or reschedule. This also includes being out of the country in the passed 14 days and have been exposed to any one that has been sick or is recovering from sickness or vomiting/ diarrhea in the last 48 hours. There will be no cancellation fee. I do ask the you please allow as much time as possible to cancel. I will extend the same courtesy to you if I need to cancel or adjust your services due to a provider illness. If you show up sick or I suspect you are sick, I will cancel your service.

As of right now I will not be canceling appointments and will still be working my normal schedule. In the event more cases of Covid-19 become frequent in the area, I will reevaluate and adjust scheduling as needed.
I look forward to continuing to offer you safe wellness services! Please help us by staying home if you are sick or have been in contact with people at risk for Covid-19, I will do the same.
