How thrilled are we to have a body worker now on staff!! Y’all know that I was pretty sad to end my own bodywork career and finding someone to have at the studio requires skills and she has arrived! Fresh from Telluride, CO, Chris Marie is our newest AND bodyworker and is available now to work on you. Her specialty is structural integration, also known as Rolfing. While your sessions won’t be that intense (unless you’d like a Rolf session), there’s no fluffy spa about it. Let’s release tight muscles and get you moving freely. Soooo…. this just happened. I am so proud and so sad at the same time. My youngest has graduated high school and will soon be off to Navy boot camp. His father and I did an awesome job.♥️♥️

14 years ago this week he started summer school and when I dropped him off, I was the only one crying. Next week, he graduates high school. I seriously fu***ng cannot! How to deal with my baby that was seven weeks premature and who has now grown into such a beautiful, strong, reasonable minded young man about to venture into life and the Navy. F**k! Even typing this makes me cry. I want him to fly and have a wonderful life but goddamn!

Are you or do you know a who is looking for a home base? Our studio is hiring! I’ll take people skills and personality over a resume filled with certifications. Choose the times that work best for your zone of genius: morning, afternoon and evening, as well as Saturday. You don’t have to be STOTT trained however, the equipment is STOTT and we interchangeably use the reformer, tower and stability chairs. Our studio is located in the Bankers Hill section of San Diego and you’ll have free underground parking. DM me for more details and to set up your interview. Come be radical with us!

The braids are making a return visit!! How many hairs have I had over the last three years?? As many life changes as have gone on and that’s a fu***ng LOT!! 😂😂 The horse hair reveal comes this Saturday and I can’t wait. We’ve got 5/5/23 on tomorrow and a full moon while in retrograde and a new studio and a new lease on life so there’s no better time for that to start the summer! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 Who else getting their hair did?
