When we designed the curriculum for our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, one of the things we focused on was creating a structure that would provide consistency and continuity for the students, and that focus has paid many dividends. The regularity within the program gives our students a sense of ease around the format and topics we cover in training. They always know that during each weekend they will get to explore a number of yoga elements - asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy - as well as have opportunities to practice teaching and learn about teaching methodology.
We also considered the reality of maintaining work and life balance, so we created a program that runs on alternating weekends. Students always appreciate the time in between training weekends to integrate the information studied and process the experiences of practice. The weekends off also allow the students to keep up with their other life obligations and pursuits with family and friends. One of our grads said our program was like taking mini yoga retreats every other weekend!
❤️ "The pacing was perfect. I loved how accessible it was for people working a 9-5 job. I thought it was a really perfect blend of the asanas, philosophy, pranayama, sequencing/theming - each weekend's schedule flowed really well, and I was never bored." ~2022 Grad
❤️ "Having the week in between to digest the weekend and then a week to prepare and get excited was great." ~2025 Grad
The program begins February 2026!
