Middle age-a time of appreciating all you have worked for and yet, as we worked for better things, our health suffered...a few pounds here and there, a trip to the doctor to be prescribed weight-related medicine, and feeling defeated in fighting the health battle with all the crazy fads and diets out there. I decided to get support and with the support of my new healthy community and health coach,

I overcame the battle of middle-age weight gain. And then, where I thought I had security, the company I was working for changed their direction, and I was left wondering what retirement would look like or the prospect of getting another job. I took on helping others to achieve this health goal I so appreciated in my life. Since that time I have helped hundreds of people and continue to hope I will help many others who are looking for a Healthy Lifestyle-
This story could be yours. with a decision, life changed for me and I have hope again for a future of physical, mental, and financial health! One small action can start this snowball for you too!
