Of employers Willis Towers Watson surveyed, 57 percent say they plan to focus on mental and behavioral health to a great or very great extent.

There is help nationally with the Su***de Prevention Lifeline. Locally, in SD, don't forget about the Access and Crisis Line at 888.724.7240. Someone cares.

Hi all! With the help of SDSU student voices and after a 2 year hiatus, Asian Studies 460: Contemporary Filipino Americans is back for the Fall 2018 Semester at SDSU. The class is open for enrollment now and you don't even have to be a current SDSU student to take it. The course is available through the Open University and local community health expert, Dr. Ofelia Dirige, is back teaching this course starting in a couple weeks. Check it out and spread the word!

Hey SD County employees! I'm excited to come back and spend the morning with you on 5/18 for one of my favorite trainings, Filipino Americans and Mental Health. Interestingly, May is both Mental Health Awareness month and Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage month. We'll be celebrating both together at the event. Hope to see you there!
