While you’re watching TV or have some downtime, chop up some veggies and let the oven do the work. Have some raw and cooked veggies ready in the fridge to mix-and-match throughout the week. Cook & chop once and have tons of options.
This first night we had it with salmon full of fresh dill, and it was delicious!
Change can be challenging. But it’s a shift in mindset. A little easy chopping or a lot of medical bills/doctor visits/pills to pop in the future. I’d rather focus on eating this delicious food.
