We do love our build-your-own bowl night. This particular night had lettuce, arugula, pickled red onions, chickpeas, pickles, olives, mangoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, farro, spicy sautéed chipotle zucchini and eggplants, harissa sauce, fattoush dressing.
