If you missed our first workshop, this is your chance to join us.

We’re bringing together three trusted local healthcare partners to share practical tools and real conversations around:

✔️ Balance, mobility & fall prevention
✔️ Planning ahead with clarity and dignity

This series was created to help seniors and families feel informed, confident, and supported as they navigate the aging journey.

Attended our first SDCCOA event in about a year today, we’ve been busy! It was honestly a humbling experience walking back into a room filled with such great energy and people who truly care about the senior community.

Special shoutout to Kimberly from Ceresti for educating the senior space on the GUIDE program. The momentum around this initiative is exciting, and I’m looking forward to collaborating and doing some meaningful work together. 🌎💡

March is off to a strong start for our team! We hosted our all-staff meeting at Reneu Health’s clinic for our second caregiver training, continuing our commitment to education and excellence in care. 🌟💪

Christian and Mica walked our caregivers through hands-on techniques like proper body mechanics and repositioning, giving our team even more confidence when supporting the seniors we serve.

Reneu Health is the real deal, and we’re proud to walk alongside them as we continue supporting the aging population in our community. 🌎❤️‍🩹

As requested by Westmont of Encinitas, we brought the Bingo & Mimosas! 🍊🍾

We celebrated birthdays, danced a little, and then let the competitive spirit take over once bingo started.

One of our most energetic afternoons yet full of love, laughter, and the best way to close out February. 💛✨

Monarch Cottages La Jolla, a community that truly feels like home. 🤍

We spent the afternoon in Memory Support filled with cookie decorating, sprinkles, and sweet sensory moments. Simple, hands on activities like this create connection and comfort in the most beautiful way.

Our team is dementia trained in the Teepa Snow approach, and this visit felt extra special. We brought our little helpers, and the residents absolutely lit up. Little ones bring such pure joy and energy.

February is Heart Month, and at Interim, we love doing things a little differently and intentionally… 💌

At Westmont Carmel Valley, our Sweethearts’ Social wasn’t just about decorating and creating cards. It was about connection. Many of the ladies were writing to family and dear friends, and one shared that her niece is currently in the hospital and this card would brighten her day.

We believe care should come from a deeper place — thoughtful, personal, and full of heart ❤️

Today was Mardi Gras at Bayshire Torrey Pines 💜💚💛

Live music filled the room, necklaces were flying, boba was flowing, and the smiles were unforgettable. Simple celebrations can make the biggest impact. We are so grateful to be part of moments like this.
